Cambridge is home to some undeniably smart people, but also is home to many individuals looking at harnessing technology to make Smart Cities: places that are safe, efficient, clean and delightful to live in.
Cambridge Innovation Capital, the Cambridge-based venture capital investor in IP rich technology and life science companies, is hosting a range of experts working on Smart Cities on the afternoon of Monday 24 June 2019 in the Crausaz Wordsworth Building of Robinson College, building on the success of the ‘Spotlight on AI’ held in autumn 2018.
Join us for an informal lunch from noon, followed by presentations from a mix of entrepreneurs with relevant disruptive technology platforms and industry leaders actively building out Smart Cities today. During the course of the afternoon there will be plenty of opportunity to mingle over a coffee, and we will adjourn for a drink on the college lawns once we have heard from everyone.
Speakers will include:
- Steve Leonard, Founding CEO of SG Innovate, working closely in Singapore with those creating one of the most technologically advanced cities globally
- Anthony Eskinazi, Founder and CEO of Justpark, the leading parking app company that is on a mission to make parking easier
- Representatives from
